Eoin Devereux is an academic and author.

A Professor by day, Eoin Devereux is from Limerick City.  His creative writing has been broadcast by RTE Radio 1 (The Poetry Programme, Sunday Miscellany and The Bookshow on 1).  Eoin's poetry has been shortlisted for the Hennessy New Irish Writing Competition.  His latest poems have been published in The Stony Thursday Book (2020) and in Janus Literary Magazine, February 2021. Eoin has written the sleeve essays for the re-released versions of The Cranberries albums Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We? and No Need To Argue.  A member of the Writepace Writers' Co-Operative, Eoin is currently delivering the module Creative Writers In The Community as part of the MA in Creative Writing at University of Limerick.  He co-writes and co-performs The Cedarwood Chronicles on the U2 radio station U2X with singer and artist Gavin Friday.
